All prices are shown in GB Pounds (Sterling).

International Customers who pay through Paypal will see the total in their own chosen currency when they make the payment in Paypal.

Payment Processing

I use secure payment services provided by PayPal, so you can pay by credit card, debit card or from your own Paypal account. All card and payment details are processed directly by Paypal’s servers so you can be sure that your information is secure.

I do not accept cheques.

Out of Stock Products

There may be times when the product you have ordered has just sold or is otherwise unavailable. On these occasions I will contact you prior to despatch to discuss how you wish us to proceed and if an alternative would be acceptable.

Delivery Times

I always try to ship orders quickly. I try to post greetings cards and other small merchandise items out on the same day that I receive the order, but sometimes this can take a little longer if that is over a weekend. 

The shipping of artwork can take longer depending on whether the work is framed or not. I endeavour to ship artwork within 3-4 days. If there is a delay for any reason, I will be in touch to let you know.

The time it takes to get to you will depend on your location and which shipping method you have chosen.

If you are up against a deadline, please remember you are buying from an individual artist, not a large corporation with a packing department. I am a one-man band, so please bear with me.

Original paintings usually take longer to process as I like to make sure they are very carefully packed and protected for courier transport.

Delivery Costs

After your initial enquiry by email, I will give UK customers prices of Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Second Class or Courier delivery (where applicable)

International Delivery

I will ship internationally, but you will need to email me so we can discuss this further. You will be responsible for any Duty and tax that is applicable. It is standard practice when buying from anywhere outside your own country, and the amount of tax and duty will depend on trade agreements between our two countries. I cannot tell you how much that will be, so you need to investigate this yourself if you are concerned about the possibility of extra costs. I will not refund my shipping charges if your failure to pay tax or duty results in the order being returned to me.


I will accept the return of defective products due to defects in manufacturing or quality for 30 days from the date of purchase. Damages and faulty goods must be reported to me by email within 3 days of receiving the goods. If the outer box has been damaged in transit, please take photographs, and include them in your email to us.

I will assess each case individually and get back to you. Please do not send back damaged or faulty items before you have spoken to us as you may incur unnecessary postage charges (depending on where you are, it may be more convenient for us to have the items collected.)

If you change your mind, you can return any product within 30 days of the date of you receiving the goods, provided they are complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

If I receive all items in saleable condition, I will refund you the cost of the products, less our shipping charge. I will not cover the shipping costs for returning items due to you changing your mind.

If you wish to return an original painting, I will ask you to ensure it is well packed and protected and is sent back to us via an insured courier.

Privacy Policy
